Global Account Director

A company is looking for a Global Account Director to oversee dynamic client accounts and support strategic real estate vision. Key Responsibilities Manage financial and contract performance of account teams while aligning real estate services with client business goals Develop and maintain strong client relationships and oversee transaction service delivery Lead talent management initiatives and drive collaboration across various departments to enhance service delivery Required Qualifications Minimum of 10 years of experience at a Senior Management level or similar capacity Experience in leading multi-discipline teams and managing client P&L and contracts Technical domain knowledge in areas such as Integrated Facilities Management or Transaction Management Strong proficiency in financial analysis and understanding of commercial real estate documents Familiarity with MS Office Suite; experience with Power BI, Tableau, or Alteryx is a plus
