Key Responsibilities
Optimize and streamline the sales process, ensuring efficient deal flow and data integrity in Salesforce CRM
Deliver revenue reporting and insights, ensuring forecasting accuracy and leading the Quarterly Business Review process
Develop sales training programs and best practices to empower revenue teams and enhance cross-functional collaboration
Required Qualifications
Extensive experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or Sales Leadership, preferably in SaaS or tech
Expertise in CRM systems, particularly Salesforce
Strong data analysis skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
Experience in leading forecasting, pipeline management, and QBRs
Proven ability to improve sales processes and drive operational efficiency
