A company is looking for a Manager of Grooming, Training and Education. Key Responsibilities Oversee the Grooming Mentor Program and Salon Academies to ensure a high-quality guest experience Develop and implement grooming education strategies in collaboration with HR, L&D, and Field Operations Manage training execution and compliance across Mentors and Academies, aligning with operational goals Required Qualifications College degree in a related field and/or 10 years of relevant experience Holder of nationally recognized grooming certifications, such as Certified Master Pet Stylist Strong leadership skills with multi-unit leadership experience Extensive experience in a service training environment Knowledge of adult learning theories and training documentation systems
