A company is looking for a Group Benefit Integration Specialist to manage and maintain data integrations for employee benefits administration. Key Responsibilities Coordinate and manage the implementation of benefit data file feeds between various platforms and vendors Analyze specifications to map and configure data feeds according to required formats and protocols Monitor ongoing data feeds for accuracy and troubleshoot any issues that arise Required Qualifications 6 months or more of experience in benefits administration, HR technology, or data integration Familiarity with EDI formats, particularly 834 Benefit Enrollment files Working knowledge of various group benefits plans Experience with benefits administration platforms is highly preferred Proficient in Microsoft Excel
