A company is looking for a National Client Manager. Key Responsibilities Build and nurture effective relationships with clients, brokers, and internal partners to ensure client satisfaction Develop and manage Client Business Plans focusing on customer needs and financial metrics for profitability, growth, and retention Anticipate and resolve complex client issues while communicating effectively to drive positive outcomes Required Qualifications Bachelor's Degree (BS/BA) in Business or a related field 3 - 5 years of group insurance experience in account management or servicing accounts Group Life and Health License(s) required Proficiency in MS Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Experience in negotiating complex contracts and agreements
