A company is looking for a Vitals Monitoring Representative III responsible for engaging with clients and monitoring medical alert alarms. Key Responsibilities Monitor medical alert alarms and assess client needs for intervention Contact clients and emergency services regarding alarm activities and follow established procedures Maintain accurate records and assist with client enrollment and support Required Qualifications High School Diploma required Two (2) plus years of related professional or healthcare medical experience LPN/CNA/Medical Assistant certification preferred Call Center experience preferred Equivalent combination of education and/or experience may be considered
