GTM Enablement Program Manager
A company is looking for a GTM Enablement Program Manager to enhance the productivity and effectiveness of their global Sales, Customer Success, and Partner teams.
Key Responsibilities
Design, execute, and manage role-based and solution-focused enablement programs for Sales and Customer Success teams globally
Lead onboarding initiatives to ensure new hires ramp up quickly and confidently
Track and evaluate success using performance metrics to drive continuous improvement
Required Qualifications
Proven experience in Sales or GTM Enablement, L&D, or a related performance enablement role
Expertise in program design, facilitation, and adult learning principles
Experience working with global GTM teams across Sales, Customer Success, or Partner ecosystems
Strong project management and stakeholder engagement skills
Data-driven mindset with the ability to turn insights into action
