Head of Change Management
A company is looking for a Head of Enterprise Change Management.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with senior leadership to develop change management plans aligned with strategic priorities
Lead the design and implementation of change management strategies for major organizational transformations
Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the effectiveness of change management initiatives
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field
12+ years of business experience, including leading large, cross-functional Program Management Offices (PMO) or Integration Management Offices (IMO)
Proven experience in leading large-scale change management initiatives within a complex organization
Demonstrated expertise in change management methodologies
Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple change initiatives simultaneously
