A company is looking for a Head of Customer Experience (CX) Acceleration. Key Responsibilities Partner with commercial and technology leaders to align business and technology strategies for Experience Management (XM) Develop a strategic roadmap for XM capability expansion, including data ingestion and geographical growth Lead a team to execute improvement projects for customer experiences and manage funding proposals for program actions Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree or higher 8-10 years of experience in leading strategic initiatives 5+ years of experience in transformational execution management Proven experience in broad Customer Experience strategies Knowledge of emerging trends in technology and customer experience
