Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain competitive salary structures and incentive programs
Administer total compensation programs while ensuring compliance with labor and tax regulations
Prepare reports and analyses on compensation trends and evaluate program effectiveness
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
Minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a remote and multicultural environment
Knowledge of labor and tax regulations in LATAM and the USA
Experience in designing and managing organizational structures
Proficiency in data analysis tools and People management software
