8+ years in Customer Success or related leadership role, preferably in SaaS or HealthTech
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or related field
Proven ability to lead customer-facing teams and implement successful customer success strategies
Familiarity with the US healthcare ecosystem and its business drivers
