Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement a global customer experience strategy for enterprise clients
Oversee the end-to-end customer journey, ensuring consistency and excellence across all touchpoints
Lead and mentor a global team to drive customer success and exceed expectations
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA is a plus)
7+ years of experience in customer experience or related roles, with at least 3 years in a leadership position
Extensive experience managing customer experience for large-scale enterprise clients, preferably in SaaS or AI
Strong analytical skills to interpret data and measure customer experience performance
Deep understanding of the dental and SaaS industries, including enterprise technology ecosystems
