Key Responsibilities: Oversee recruitment, hiring, onboarding, training, and management of the annotation team Develop and maintain clinical standards and guidelines for data annotation Annotate images and perform quality control on existing annotations Qualifications: 10+ years of clinical practice experience as a dentist in the United States Preferred experience in AI or executive leadership roles overseeing clinicians Previous experience in data annotation is a plus Proficiency with data annotation tools and software Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to work independently and in a team
