Key Responsibilities
Manage a renewable book of $350M and lead a team of 30+ representatives to achieve retention and expansion targets
Drive improvements in go-to-market strategy and customer transaction journeys to enhance customer value
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance customer engagement and accelerate growth
Required Qualifications
8+ years of experience in renewals, account management, or sales
6+ years of management experience focused on achieving revenue goals with Enterprise and Mid-Market customers
Proven experience in coaching and developing managers
Experience leading change in complex organizations
Familiarity with CRM, forecast management, and analytic tools
