Key Responsibilities
Own and optimize the lead-to-cash process across marketing, sales, customer success, and professional services
Identify and drive continuous improvement opportunities within the revenue cycle
Lead, mentor, and develop a team of revenue operations professionals
Required Qualifications
10+ years of experience in revenue operations, sales operations, or a similar role, preferably in a high-growth software company
Experience with end-to-end lead-to-cash processes across various departments
Strong leadership skills with experience in building and mentoring cross-functional teams
Proven ability to scale processes in a high-growth environment
Understanding of revenue forecasting and KPI-driven decision-making
