Health Information Management Director
A company is looking for a Director of HIM Strategy to provide strategic leadership and direction for Health Information Management operations. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement innovative strategies to enhance operational efficiency and productivity within HIM Oversee the implementation and optimization of EPIC systems and ensure seamless integration of new applications Monitor HIM best practices, operational performance, and compliance with organizational goals and regulations Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Health Information Management, other related field, or a Master's in Health Administration (preferred) RHIA or RHIT certification (preferred) Certificate from EPIC required within 60 days of hire Minimum of 5 years of experience in health information management or healthcare operations, with at least 5 years in a leadership role Experience in HIM document imaging/management is required
