A company is looking for a Call Center Representative in Health Insurance, Remote.
Key Responsibilities
Provide a personalized call experience by engaging with callers and resolving their inquiries without relying on scripts
Build rapport with diverse callers to accurately assess situations and present appropriate solutions
Focus on quality and first-call resolution while minimizing processing time and after-call work
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent experience; post-secondary education preferred
Preferred experience in financial services or insurance
Experience navigating complex customer interactions from support to resolution
Ability to adapt to change and contribute to continuous improvement in a fast-paced environment
Availability to work a full-time schedule after training, Monday through Friday
