A company is looking for an Enrollment Support Specialist responsible for delivering client and worker enrollment experiences using Virtual Enrollment Solutions. Key Responsibilities Provide virtual retention and enrollment assistance to workers across the U.S Educate workers on benefits and assist with enrollment processes and technical support Maintain performance metrics and complete quality assurance reviews Required Qualifications Health & Life Licensed with necessary state licensing for Long Term Care Preferred 4-year degree or equivalent work experience Prior experience in insurance, financial services, or human resources is desirable Strong computer literacy and knowledge of virtual technology Ability to work flexible hours between 8am-8pm EST, Monday through Friday
