Key Responsibilities
Coach team members and document operational workflows for the claims Client Success Management organization
Identify areas to optimize product performance and work towards client-defined success metrics
Manage a limited book of accounts while coordinating the At Risk process for claims clients
Required Qualifications
3 years of progressive experience in revenue cycle and healthcare people management
Bachelor's degree
8 years of progressive experience in revenue cycle and healthcare management
6 years of healthcare revenue cycle and claims system implementation experience in a hospital and clinical setting
Certification through a healthcare industry professional organization such as NAHAM, HFMA, or AAHAM
