Key Responsibilities Lead the identification, creation, and implementation of innovative concepts in healthcare billing and coding Collaborate with various teams to refine and implement audit procedures and selection methods Monitor and update concept criteria and logic based on changes in legislation and policies Required Qualifications Bachelor's or Graduate degree preferred AAPC or AHIMA coding certification preferred Minimum of 5 years of experience in medical billing, coding, or auditing Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and healthcare coding systems Working knowledge of HIPAA Privacy and Security Rules and CMS security requirements
