Key Responsibilities Draft and submit high-quality grant proposals, reports, and other donor communications Maintain processes for grant writing services and ensure access to up-to-date grant writing language Execute donor communications strategy and uphold operational excellence by meeting deadlines and keeping stakeholders informed Required Qualifications 3-5 years of grant writing experience in the non-profit field Experience writing proposals that have secured grants of $50K or more 3+ years of project management experience Understanding of diversity, equity, and inclusion in relation to fundraising efforts Experience in education, edtech, or literacy is a plus
