Healthcare Service Excellence Manager
A company is looking for a Service Excellence Manager-Healthcare (Remote). Key Responsibilities Oversee clinical processes and serve as the client champion for Neurology programs Build and maintain relationships with client stakeholders and support new program implementations Analyze healthcare processes and patient outcomes to identify areas for improvement Required Qualifications Bachelor of Science in Nursing from an accredited school of nursing At least three years of experience in the neurology service line, with inpatient services preferred Prior experience as a charge nurse or nurse supervisor is preferred Ability to navigate multiple EMR systems Excellent computer skills, particularly with Microsoft Office programs, including Excel
