Help Desk Analyst
A company is looking for an Information Technology Technician.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide phone, chat, and web support for technical issues and service requests
Record problem symptoms and escalate complex issues to higher-level support
Maintain knowledge of relevant products and service offerings to provide accurate solutions
Required Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred
At least one year of technical experience in an enterprise support environment or equivalent education/technical certifications
Experience with CompTIA A+, Net+, MS Desktop Professional, ServiceNow, Device Manager, and Active Directory is preferred
Flexibility to work within an 18x7x365 support team
Remote support (enterprise) experience preferred
