Help Desk Specialist
A company is looking for a Help Desk Specialist I to provide remote support to end users.
Key Responsibilities
Provide support for computer, application, system, device, access, and hardware issues
Identify, research, and resolve technical problems of moderate complexity
Document, track, and monitor problems using applicable systems and tools
Required Qualifications
Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business, or related field preferred
Prior Service Desk or Desktop Support experience required; one year of desktop-based hardware support experience preferred
Incident Management experience with ServiceNow
Basic user & security group Active Directory administration experience
Experience with troubleshooting Office 365 and Gmail, as well as collaboration tools like Zoom and Slack
