Help Desk Support Technician
A company is looking for a Help Desk Tier 1 Support Technician to provide technical support to end users.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in providing desktop and operational support to users and remote offices
Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, and related hardware
Diagnose and resolve technical issues, providing remote support as needed
Required Qualifications
High School diploma or equivalent with 0-2 years of experience
Additional training or education in a relevant area may be beneficial
Experience in customer support or call center support preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Knowledge of monitoring logs and scheduled events is desirable
