Key Responsibilities
Provide first and second-level support to users for hardware, software, and network issues
Assist in the deployment, configuration, and management of IT infrastructure
Monitor the performance of IT systems and applications to ensure optimal operation
Required Qualifications
2 years with BS/BA; 0 years with MS/MA; 6 years with no degree
Ability to achieve Public Trust clearance
Must be a U.S. Citizen
Experience with troubleshooting software, system integration, and network connectivity
Experience with first and second-level user support for hardware, software, and network issues
