Senior Quality Assurance Analyst
A company is looking for a Senior Quality Assurance Analyst to oversee quality assurance processes and testing activities. Key Responsibilities Install, configure, and maintain customer QA environments while performing testing for new implementations and change requests Define, develop, maintain, and execute test scripts, ensuring functional requirements are met and managing defects through an online tracking tool Assist in onboarding and mentoring new QA resources, while coordinating with internal teams to clarify requirements and specifications Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, or related field, with 5 years of progressive experience in software quality assurance, or a Master's degree with 1 year of experience Demonstrated experience with software QA best practices and testing within the healthcare industry Experience in healthcare claim processing and analyzing requirement documents to create test cases Proficiency in managing defect triage processes and troubleshooting technical issues related to testing Familiarity with command line utilities, remote desktop clients, and XML processing
