A company is looking for a Contract Recruiter - High Volume Frontline. Key Responsibilities: Efficiently manage high-volume candidate pipelines Build collaborative relationships with internal hiring managers and external candidates Contribute creative ideas to improve the customer-focused culture Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience Minimum of 2+ years of full life-cycle recruiting experience in a high-volume environment Proven experience managing internal customer relationships across multiple regions Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS); Workday experience is a plus Prior experience in high-volume, non-exempt frontline hiring is highly desirable
