A company is looking for a Histology Technician II to perform routine histology techniques and maintain laboratory operations. Key Responsibilities Perform tissue preparation and histology techniques including specimen accessioning, fixation, and embedding Operate laboratory equipment and maintain accurate records and documentation Ensure compliance with safety regulations and participate in continuous improvement efforts Required Qualifications High School diploma required Associate's degree in Biology or a related science or equivalent work experience 1-3 years of experience in a histology laboratory Experience in a GXP lab environment preferred Familiarity with Good Laboratory Practices (GLP) and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)
