A company is looking for a Housing Specialist-1 to help identify, secure, and maintain community-based housing for members. Key Responsibilities: Develop a housing strategy for MLTSS/SNP/Medicaid membership Identify and manage resources for housing options Provide education to relevant staff on housing options and resources Required Qualifications, Training, and Education: High School Diploma/GED required Three (3) years full-time experience assisting vulnerable populations in securing housing Two (2) years work experience with a public agency or in a related social service field Familiarity with public and private housing resources and stakeholders Knowledge of Medicare/Medicaid and Managed Long Term Services and Supports (MLTSS)
