HR Assistant
A company is looking for a highly organized and proactive HR Assistant to provide direct support to the HR Director.
Key Responsibilities
Provide direct assistance to the HR Director, managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and preparing reports
Assist in managing job postings, sourcing candidates, and coordinating interviews
Maintain and organize HR records, employee documentation, and compliance files while ensuring confidentiality
Required Qualifications
At least 2+ years of HR administrative experience, preferably supporting an HR Director or senior HR professional
Experience updating policies, maintaining compliance records, and supporting HR audits
Understanding of HR processes, labor laws, and best practices
Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar), ADP (or similar HRIS), and communication tools like Slack or Teams
Must handle sensitive HR information with discretion
