A company is looking for an HR/Benefits Specialist to manage and administer employee benefits programs. Key Responsibilities Manage and administer employee benefits programs, including health, dental, vision, life insurance, and retirement plans Serve as the primary point of contact for employees regarding benefits-related inquiries and assist with claims issues Ensure compliance with federal and state regulations and prepare required reports for regulatory agencies Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; relevant certifications are a plus Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in benefits administration or a related HR role In-depth knowledge of employee benefits plans and applicable laws and regulations Proficiency in HRIS and benefits administration software is a plus Strong analytical skills and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively
