HR Benefits Specialist
A company is looking for an HR/Benefits Specialist to support human resources operations related to benefits and employee engagement.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as a key resource for employee inquiries regarding benefits and leaves of absence
Manage benefits administration activities, including open enrollment and new hire orientation
Evaluate and process requests for Leaves of Absences and ADA accommodations
Requirements & Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or related field
2-4 years of experience in an HR support function
Experience with benefit administration is required; leave of absence administration is preferred
SHRM-CP or PHR certification is highly recommended
Strong computer proficiency, including MS Office and HRIS systems
