Key Responsibilities: Define and deliver product strategy, design, and development for the Life Product Line Lead research and competitive intelligence to inform product design strategies and maintain industry knowledge Direct product development and maintenance, ensuring successful launch and operational readiness Required Qualifications, Training, and Education: Undergraduate degree in business or related field; MBA preferred Insurance and/or professional designations such as Chartered Financial Consultant or Chartered Life Underwriter 7-10 years of experience in life insurance product/business development Demonstrated leadership experience Strong technical knowledge of products and regulatory frameworks
