HR Coordinator II
A company is looking for an HR Coordinator II to provide support and resources for employees and managers across various client groups.
Key Responsibilities
Partner with leadership on performance management, team efficiency, and organization design
Manage workforce planning, recruiting, and HR-related actions for assigned teams
Provide expert guidance on employee relations issues and ensure compliance with employment laws
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field, or 4 additional years of HR experience in lieu of a degree
Five or more years of experience as an HR generalist
Knowledge and experience in at least two areas of human resources, such as employee relations and performance management
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
Demonstrated proficiency with business applications, including HRIS and applicant tracking systems
