HR Generalist with Recruiting Focus
A company is looking for a People Operations Generalist.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the full-cycle recruiting process, including sourcing, screening, and onboarding
Lead employee onboarding and offboarding processes and maintain accurate employee records
Support employee inquiries regarding People Operations policies and assist with benefits administration
Required Qualifications
3-5 years of HR / People Operations experience in a high-growth tech company or start-up
2-3 years of full-cycle recruiting and/or sourcing experience, preferably with Greenhouse ATS
Current PHR/SHRM certification or willingness to obtain certification within 12 months
Knowledge of employment laws and regulations
High emotional and social intelligence with experience building strong relationships
