HR Manager for North America
A company is looking for an Assistant Manager/Manager, HR Country Lead.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee HR operations for external employees in North America, including onboarding, contract drafting, and policy creation
Stay updated on regulatory changes and ensure compliance with labor laws and employment matters
Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries and coordinate with payroll and benefits management
Required Qualifications
Minimum 5 years of HR experience in the US, Canada, and Puerto Rico
Strong knowledge of US, Canada, and Puerto Rico labor laws and HR practices
Degree in Human Resources is required
Proficiency in payroll software and HRIS systems
Broader knowledge of corporate regulatory compliance is a plus
