HR Policy Compliance Manager
A company is looking for a Global HR Policy & Compliance Manager to enhance its HR compliance framework and policy governance.
Key Responsibilities
Develop, revise, and maintain global HR policies in collaboration with Legal and HR teams
Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with employment laws and internal policies
Manage HR compliance projects and develop communication and training plans for policy updates
Required Qualifications
8+ years of experience in HR compliance, policy development, or employee relations
Solid understanding of U.S. employment law and exposure to international HR compliance
Experience in managing complex HR documentation and policy governance
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Law, or a related field; HR or compliance certifications are a plus
Experience with global companies and multi-country HR policy environments
