HR Service Center Representative
A company is looking for an HR Service Center Representative to join their HRAnswers team as they expand their customer support globally.
Key Responsibilities
Provide HR guidance and information to employees while focusing on exceptional customer service
Manage a high volume of employee requests and tickets, tracking and documenting progress
Support customers on core HR programs and collaborate cross-functionally to handle complex situations
Required Qualifications
At least 3 years of experience in a client-facing HR role with HR domain knowledge
Experience with end-to-end HR offerings, including LOA, Payroll, and Benefits
Familiarity with Workday or similar HCM systems
Educated to degree level (BA/BS Degree) or equivalent experience
Experience with ServiceNow, Jira, or similar ticketing systems
