HR Support Advisor
A company is looking for an HR Support Advisor.
Key Responsibilities
Provide first-level support for Team Members regarding Payroll, Benefits, Leave of Absence, and HR Operations inquiries
Diagnose and resolve Tier 1 issues, escalating complex cases to Tier 2 departments as necessary
Manage ticketing system to document and track inquiries, ensuring timely follow-up and resolution
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor's degree in human resources or related field preferred
Previous experience in a customer service or HR support role, ideally in a corporate environment
Experience with HR systems, such as Workday, and ticketing systems is a plus
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
