Key Responsibilities
Manage and enhance HR technology systems to support business needs and ensure data accuracy

Lead operational strategies and compliance initiatives to optimize HR service delivery
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
7+ years of experience in HR analytics, HRIS, or workforce planning
2+ years in an HR leadership role
Deep expertise in HR technology and data analytics
Experience with multiple HRIS and ATS systems
