Business Risk Advisor - NC Licensed
A company is looking for a Business Risk & Controls Advisor in Enterprise Loan Operations (Remote). Key Responsibilities Lead and execute risk program requirements including RCSA, control assurance, and issue management Provide risk guidance to enhance the control environment and develop key risk indicators Collaborate with business leadership to identify risks, create mitigation plans, and develop control assurance test plans Required Qualifications Bachelor's Degree and 6 years of experience in Financial Services, First Line Risk Management, Enterprise Risk, or Operations Risk, or a High School Diploma/GED with 10 years of relevant experience Preferred area of study includes Finance or Risk Management Preferred experience in Project Management or Internal/External Consulting Relevant certifications such as CRCM, PMP, CERP, CAMS, ISACA CISA, or ISACA CRISC are preferred Knowledge of regulatory requirements and operational risk management practices
