Human Resource Assistant
A company is looking for a Human Resource Assistant to support the Human Resource Department with various administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities
Manage training database and maintain HRIS databases for employee information
Coordinate pre-employment tests and assist with applicant tracking and affirmative action reports
Lead the digitalization of HR processes and maintain employee personnel files
Required Qualifications
Associates or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field, or equivalent work experience
Knowledge of HIPAA, COBRA, EEOC, FMLA, and other relevant HR laws
Ability to maintain confidentiality
Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Suite
