Human Resources Technician
A company is looking for a Human Resources Technician 7-E9.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the first point of contact for employees and supervisors regarding workers compensation and medical leaves
Analyze, interpret, and apply policies, regulations, and guidelines related to the Family and Medical Leave Act
Perform a full range of Human Resources duties within a fast-paced environment
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
Completion of high school education
Strong understanding of the Family and Medical Leave Act
Ability to analyze and apply collective bargaining agreements
Excellent organizational skills
Experience in a Human Resources environment is preferred
