A company is looking for an Implementation Coordinator. Key Responsibilities Oversee the Change Management process and maintain accurate records of changes and their impacts Lead CAB meetings to review and approve change requests, ensuring alignment with organizational goals Coordinate the implementation of Managed Services projects and initiatives, including contract implementation meetings Required Qualifications, Training, and Education Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field preferred, or equivalent work experience 5 to 8 years experience in a service-oriented organization preferred PMP or CMP certification preferred ITIL Foundations Certification preferred, may be required within the first year if not already obtained Familiarity with ServiceNow and ITIL Change Management processes is a plus
