A company is looking for an Implementation Coordinator to support clients with the planning, design, build, and implementation of Student Engagement Suite products. Key Responsibilities Provide support to customers during all phases of client implementations, including project initiation, training, and go live planning Independently lead implementation projects and maintain an in-depth understanding of product features and processes Coordinate activities with cross-functional teams and provide hands-on support for project onboarding tasks Required Qualifications University degree or College diploma in Business Administration, Computer Science, or relevant work experience 1-3 years of experience as a Project Coordinator or in Higher Education Ability to effectively multi-task and prioritize tasks Experience developing and maintaining strong client and stakeholder relationships Project Management experience is an asset
