Key Responsibilities Own client implementations, supporting approximately 20 clients through a 6-8 week onboarding process Complete implementation and setup steps, including data translations and migrations Ensure proper training for all stakeholders on the platform and build relationships for a successful client journey Qualifications 4+ years of experience in a SaaS customer success or implementation role Experience with complex SaaS products used by multiple personas Project management skills with a history of managing complex projects Experience training stakeholders on a SaaS product Able to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment
