Implementation Manager - Group Benefits

A company is looking for an Implementation Manager - Advisory Markets (Group Benefits Insurance). Key Responsibilities Coordinate and support complex group implementations, ensuring smooth onboarding of benefit plans for employers and brokers Serve as the main point of contact for all partners during the implementation process, managing inquiries and resolving issues Develop and manage detailed implementation project plans, ensuring deadlines are met and customer expectations are fulfilled Required Qualifications 3+ years of experience in the group insurance industry, preferably in implementation or client management Experience managing complex implementations for employer groups with over 1000 employees Knowledge of FMLA and PEO implementations, as well as Benefit Administration platforms Project management skills Bachelor's Degree preferred or equivalent work experience in business, operations, or related field
