Incident and Escalation Manager
A company is looking for an Incident and Escalation Manager.
Key Responsibilities
Lead cross-functional incident response for high-severity issues in global enterprise and AI/HPC environments
Coordinate internal teams to drive rapid triage, mitigation, and resolution of incidents
Facilitate Post-Incident Reviews and ensure long-term corrective actions are implemented
Required Qualifications
7+ years of experience in Incident Management, Escalation Management, or Technical Operations
Proven experience leading high-severity incidents in AI, HPC, or large-scale infrastructure
Strong technical background with the ability to collaborate under pressure
Deep knowledge of ITIL frameworks related to Incident and Problem Management
Analytical thinker with strong data interpretation and reporting skills
