Incident Response Manager
A company is looking for a Manager, Incident Response.
Key Responsibilities
Provide leadership to the Incident Response Consulting Team and manage team performance metrics
Deliver customer services through meetings, quality assurance reviews, and direct consultations
Collaborate with internal teams to enhance service offerings and manage incident response protocols
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
Minimum of 5 years of experience in cybersecurity
At least 1 year of experience leading information security or consulting teams
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Cyber Security, or equivalent experience preferred
One or more relevant technical certifications preferred (e.g., GCIH, GCFA, GREM)
Proven analytical, planning, and organizational abilities
