Key Responsibilities Lead and manage a multidisciplinary team to achieve conservation and fundraising goals Serve as the primary spokesperson for the organization, engaging with various stakeholders to promote its mission Collaborate with regional leaders to shape conservation strategies and initiatives across the Midwest Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree and at least seven years of leadership experience in conservation, nonprofit, or related sectors Proven management experience with the ability to motivate and lead a large team Experience in cultivating high-level donors to meet fundraising objectives Demonstrated strategic fiscal management skills for long-term sustainability Experience working in both U.S. and global contexts is preferred
